The aim of the present study was to investigate the ethical dimensions of community-based crisis management. METHODS: In this qualitative-descriptive research, all aid workers of Red Crescent Society (RCS) in Fars province were studied in 2023 and a total of 32 ones was selected through random sampling and participated in a semi-structured interview. After analyzing and coding, the obtained data were checked using Maxqda-2020 in qualitative phase and a researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on the indicators. Then, in the inferential part, the obtained data were analyzed using Lisrel-8.8 software. FINDINGS: According to the results, achieving the dimensions of human ethics in relief work including chastity and integrity, sacrifice and selflessness, confidentiality, trustworthiness, patience and forbearance, benevolence, preservation of human dignity, non-negligence, sense of responsibility, and cooperation with a significant coefficient of 0.000.
