The Relationship between Occupational Stress and Organizational

The stress associated with organizational behavior constituted a special place. It was necessary for the first time the impact of stress on employees' behavior should be explored and strategies for reducing it provided to reduce the stress and problems of personnel at all levels and to improve workflow efficiency and increase their physical and mental. the sample consisted of 201 employees from headquarters to The stratified random sampling and were selected based on Morgan. the questionnaire was designed using the data collection procedure was performed the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed narrative. reliability using Cronbach's alpha was calculated as the value obtained to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to summarize and classify the collected data to test hypotheses, Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. the data were analyzed using spss software. the findings indicate that job stress is associated with reduced dimensions of organizational behavior.
