With effective operation and appropriate planning to predict and prevent earthquake , crisis mangers can present scenarios in order to control the process and also enhance their performance in disasters for betterment of handling. Methods:This research is done based on the regional seismology, geotechnical data, seism s and field operations. Information layers and of the region were provided and evaluated by GIS. In the end, the results of risk analysis were analyzed. Findings: Doroud fault was activated based on the recent earthquakes occurrence in its vicinity, which was accompanied by geotechnical phenomena such as liquefaction and landslides. Sometimes the movements and debris block the roads. Conclusion:The data and their analysis show that and earthquake in plain of silakhor. In recent years, large earthquakes confirm the critical role of crisis management components in the earthquake control and risk reduction.
