fa آمادگی بیمارستانهای ایران در مقابله با بحران حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: مدیریت و آمادگی بیمارستانهای کشور برای مقابله با حوادث غیرمترقبه، موضوع مورد توجه محافل علمی است. با توجه به انجام مطالعات پراکنده در کشور، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف گردآوری و مقایسۀ پژوهشهای منتشر شده در سطح کشور درخصوص آمادگی بیمارستانهای کشور در مقابله با بحران انجام شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش: با مطالعۀ مروری و بهرهگیری از اطلاعات موجود در پایگاههای اطلاعرسانی داخلی از جمله IranMedex، SID، Magiran و پایگاههای بینالمللی PubMed، Google Scholar، کلیدواژههای &laquo;آمادگی بیمارستان&raquo;، &laquo;بحران بیمارستان&raquo;، &laquo;سیستم مدیرت بحران&raquo; جستجو و مقالات به دست آمدند. ارزیابی کیفی مقالات و معیار ورود سنجش و بررسی شد. نتایج مطالعات با یکدیگر مقایسه و تحلیل شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافتهها: از مجموع 32 مقاله یافت شده، در کل 21 مقالۀ مناسب تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجهگیری: در اکثر مطالعات انجام شده، آمادگی برای مقابله با بحران در حد متوسط بود. ازاینرو، برنامهریزی برای اجرایی کردن برنامۀ مدیریت بحران بیمارستانها و ارتقای سطح آمادگی آنها در سطح کشور امری مهم است.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Background: Disaster preparedness and management in hospitals are attractive topics for researchers. According to the studies, this research was performed in order to collect and compare the published studies about preparation in all hospitals dealing with disaster in the country.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Methods: In this review study, data and information was searched and collected the keywords consist of &quot;hospital disaster readiness&quot;, &quot;hospital disaster&quot;, &quot;disaster management system&quot; in databa</span> ses such as Iranmedex, SID, Magiran and also PubMed and Google scholar. Quality assessment of papers was evaluated and result was compared and analyzed finally.<br> Finding: A total of 32 articles were found; 21relevant articles were analyzed.<br> Conclusion: In most studies, hospital preparation to deal with the crisis was moderate.
