Open Access and Publication Philosophy

Our philosophy, as a member of the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iran Helal Higher Education Institute of Applied Science and Technology, is that all research, particularly research addressing human-made and natural disasters, crisis management, humanitarian law, and related fields, should contribute to the improvement of human life.

In accordance with this philosophy, research in these fields is intended to serve society as a whole, particularly vulnerable populations and those interested in these areas.

For this reason, the Institute provides free and open online access to all research articles published by the Journal. All publication costs are covered by the Institute. Therefore, authors can publish their research without publication fees, while readers and other interested users can access, download, and share the published articles free of charge.
