Our philosophy as a member of the Red Crescent Society and Iran Institute of Applied Science & Technology is that all research, especially on manmade disasters, natural disasters, crisis management, humanitarian law, etc., is for the betterment of human life. That is why the Institute provides free and open online access to all its research papers. All publication costs are supported by the Institute; therefore, authors can publish their articles and those interested can download and share articles for free.
