fa بررسی مشکلات سلامت جانبازان شیمیایی بالاتر از 35 درصد در موسم حج Investigating health problems of chemical veterans above 35% during the Hajj season حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article مقدمه: با گذشت دو دهه از جنگ تحمیلی هنوز عوارض حاصل از استفاده صدام از گازهای شیمیایی بر علیه ایران، به خصوص در ریه، چشم و پوست افراد مواجه شده با این گازها پا برجاست. با توجه به ازدحام جمعیت در موسم حج و آب و هوای گرم و خشک عربستان هدف از این مطالعه بررسی مشکلات مرتبط با سلامت جانبازان شیمیایی در موسم حج می‌‌باشد. روش‌ها: این پژوهش به روش کیفی از نوع تحلیل درونمایه‌ای به صورت تلفیقی از طریق مشاهده میدانی، بررسی گزارش‌ها و مصاحبه عمیق با مسئولان و پزشکان کاروان‌های جانبازان و کاروان‌های عادی استخراج گردید. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، اطلاعات با توجه به مشکلات جانبازان شیمیایی تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد به علت آسیب ریوی، اکثر این افراد به دنبال سرماخوردگی دچار عفونت‌های تنفسی شدید و در نهایت پنومونی می‌گردند. همچنین تشدید آسیب‌های پوستی، اختلالات ایمنی به علت ضعف در سیستم ایمنی و خستگی زودرس و کاهش اکسیژن‌گیری خون در ریه‌ها بالاخص در مکان‌های شلوغ و پر تراکم و امکان انتقال آلودگی تنفسی در اتاق‌های 4 و5 نفره از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های سلامت این گروه از عزیزان می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: به دلیل اینکه بعضی از جانبازان خارج از کاروان ویژه جانبازان و در قالب کاروان‌های عادی به حج مشرف می‌شوند، لزوم توجه بیشتر مدیر و عوامل کاروان در مراعات حال این عزیزان و توجه بیشتر پزشک کاروان در ارتقای سلامت، معاینات قبل از سفر و تدارک ملزومات لازم برای حفظ سلامت آنان در موسم حج ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. همچنین تدوین پروتکل‌های درمانی و مراقبتی خاص این گروه در موسم حج پیشنهاد می‌گردد. <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: By passing two decades of the imposed war, the side effects of using chemical weapons by Saddam regime against Iran has still remained especially in the lungs, eyes and skin of the survivors who were faced with these weapons. The purpose of this paper is to study the related problems of war disabled people affected by chemical weapons in the Hajj season regarding hot and dry weather and the huge crowd in Saudi Arabia. Methods: This qualitative research with thematic analysis is done as a combination of field observation, depth interviews with officials and physicians of the caravans and ordinary ones. Data was collected and analyzed in regard to the problems of war disabled people affected by chemical weapons. Findings: The results have shown that most of chemical survivors because of lung damage suffer from severe respiratory infections and finally pneumonia after cold. Also, the most important health challenges for this group are such as: the exacerbation of skin trauma, immune disorders because of immune system weakness, early fatigue, decrease of blood oxygen in the lungs especially in crowded places and the possibility transmission of respiratory infections in rooms with 4 and 5 persons. Conclusion: Because of sending some of the war disabled people affected by chemical weapons, out of specific caravan, it is necessary for the caravan managers and personnel to pay more attention to the health and examination of this group before trip and to provide the travel requirements for maintaining their health in the hajj season.
