fa بررسی خطاهای پزشکی در معاینات قبل از اعزام زائرین حج تمتع 1387 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: غربالگری ناصحیح زائران توسط پزشکان کاروان در معاینات قبل از اعزام به حج مشکلات عدیده و جبران‌ناپذیری را در طول موسم به فرد، کاروان و سیستم خدمات درمانی تحمیل می‌کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی خطاهای پزشکان کاروان در معاینات قبل از اعزام در حج تمتع 87 است.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی گذشته‌نگر، اشتباهات پزشکی در معاینات قبل از اعزام 100000 زائر حج تمتع 87 گردآوری، استخراج و دسته‌بندی گردید.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافته‌ها: اعزام 26 مورد بیمار با سرطان پیشرفته که یک مورد منجر به مرگ و بقیه موارد منجر به اعزام به ایران یا بستری در بیمارستان‌های عربستان شد. در 10 مورد با وجود جانباز شیمیایی در کاروان عادی، پیش‌بینی هیچ‌گونه تدابیر لازم و در 5 مورد با وجود جانباز قطع نخاع، هیچ‌گونه تمهید مراقبتی انجام نشده بود. 4 مورد اختلالات روانی تشخیص داده نشده بود و بیمار به ایران بازگشت داده شد. در 15 مورد پزشک شرح حال دقیقی از بیماران قلبی کاروان خود نداشت. اعزام 3 زائر با اعتیاد و 1 مورد با حاملگی 4 ماهه نیز از دیگر خطاهای پزشکی در حج تمتع 87 بود.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجه‌گیری: تشخیص صحیح پزشکان و دقت عمل آنان در تکمیل شرح حال بیماران کاروان و پیش‌بینی تجهیزات و مراقبت‌های لازم در طول سفر می‌تواند از هزینه‌های جبران‌ناپذیر فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در سیستم خدمات درمانی بکاهد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Introduction: Improper screening of pilgrims in examinations before sending by physicians will impose irreversible and serious problems on the pilgrims, the caravan and also the health & care system during the Hajj season. The purpose of this paper is to study medical errors of the caravan physicians in examinations before sending pilgrims to the Hajj in 2008.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Methods: In this retrospective cross-sectional study, medical errors in examination were extracted and categorized before sending 100,000 pilgrims to Hajj in 2008.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Findings: According to the results, 26 cases with advanced cancer, one of them died during the journey, and the rest of the patients returned to Iran or admitted to the Saudi Arabia hospitals. Meanwhile, 10 cases of chemicals victims and 5 patients with spinal injury were in the ordinary caravans that were not predicted any care arrangement. 4 patients, who had not been diagnosed with mental disorders, were returned to Iran. For 15 cases the physicians had not had any exact medical history of cardiac disease.
