fa بررسی میزان آگاهی پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی استان کرمانشاه از آخرین دستورالعمل‌های CPR2010 در سال 1391 Survey of awareness level of emergency technicians about last guidelines 2010 of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in Kermanshah in 2012 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article مقدمه: مهم‌ترین مهارت پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی احیای قلبی- ریوی (CPR) است و باید از آخرین تغییر اتالگوی آن مطلع باشند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی کرمانشاه از آخرین دستور‌العمل‌های CPR 2010 انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی، تحلیلی- مقطعی در استان کرمانشاه با حجم نمونه 159 نفر در سال 1391 انجام شد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و دارای روایی محتوی و پایایی (74/0=r) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارSTATA-11 و آزمون‌های ناپارامتری کروسکال والیس، یو- من ویتنی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن انجام شد. (05/0 >P) یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های به دست آمده، میزان آگاهی پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی از آخرین دستورالعمل‌های احیای قلبی و ریوی 5/19 درصد عالی، 6/78 درصد خوب و 9/1 درصد متوسط بود. همبستگی آماری معنی‌دار بین میزان آگاهی با جنس، سابقه کار‌، رشته تحصیلی‌، محل خدمت قبلی‌، گذراندن دوره احیای پیشرفته و سابقه نظاره‌گر بودن CPR وجود نداشت. اما میزان آگاهی در پرسنلی که سابقه گذراندن دوره CPR پایه و سابقه انجام CPR مستقل داشتند، بیشتر بود. محل خدمت‌، مقطع تحصیلی و نظاره‌گر بودن CPR نیز بر میزان آگاهی در برخی از حیطه‌های عملیات احیا مؤثر بود (001/0 >P). نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود در بازآموزی پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی، آموزش CPR بر اساس دستورالعمل سال 2010 انجام و بر آموزش تعبیه راه هوایی حنجره ایو کامبی تیوب‌، اختتام و عدم شروع CPR، تزریق داخل استخوانی و هیپوترمی ‌القایی تأکید بیشتری شود. Introduction: Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation is the critical skill needed by emergency medical personnel; so they must be aware of the recent changes in CPR. This study has been done to determine the awareness level of emergency medical technicians in Kermanshah of the 2010 guidelines for CPR in 2012. Methods: In this desc riptive cross-sectional study, emergency medical technicians (159 ones) were studied using census sampling in Kermanshah’s emergency ba se in 2012. By using a self administrated questionnaire, data were collected with face, content and reliability (r=%74); and also were analyzed by STATA-11 software, tests of Kruskal-Wallis, Mann–Whitney U and Spearman (P<0.05). Findings: According to the findings, the level of awareness in emergency medical personnel was as follows: %19.5 excellent, %78.6 good and %1.9 moderate. Also, there was no statistically significant relationship between level of awareness and gender, work experience, field of study, previous workplace, passing advanced CPR training and observing CPR. However, level of awareness was higher in emergency technicians who had experience of passing and performing CPR training independent. In some areas, level of awareness was influenced by workplace and observing CPR (P<0.001).
