fa ارزیابی پاسخگویی اورژانس بیمارستانی در مقابل حوادث و بلایا در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین بر اساس مدل WHO : 1392 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: آمادگی اورژانس بیمارستان‌ها در مقابله با حوادث و بلایا لازمه موفقیت آنها در ارائه خدمات همراه با کیفیت است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی وضعیت آمادگی اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین در پاسخگویی به حوادث و بلایاست.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، در بخش اورژانس 6 مرکز آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین در سال 92 انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق چک‌‌لیست استاندارد پاسخگویی اورژانس بیمارستانی با تعداد 90 سئوال در 9 حیطه کنترل و فرماندهی، ارتباطات، ایمنی و امنیت، تریاژ، ظرفیت موجی، تداوم خدمات ضروری، منابع انسانی، مدیریت مواد و موجودی و بازیابی پس از حادثه که توسط سازمان جهانی بهداشت تدوین شده است، به صورت مصاحبه و مشاهده مستندات گردآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های مرکزی صورت گرفت و برای توصیف و نمایش یافته‌های پژوهش از جداول و نمودار استفاده شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافته‌ها: با توجه به یافته‌ها، بیشترین و کمترین میزان آمادگی اورژانس‌ها در برابر حوادث و بلایا به ترتیب در حیطه کنترل و فرماندهی (8/83 درصد) و حیطه مدیریت مواد و موجودی (57 درصد) بود. به‌طور کلی میزان آمادگی اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی مورد مطالعه در مقابله با حوادث و بلایا 72/70 درصد ارزیابی شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به سابقه وقوع بلایا در استان مورد مطالعه و آمادگی خوب مراکز آموزشی درمانی، برآورد منابع مهم و ضروری و دارو، نگهداری و تعمیر سریع تجهیزات برای آمادگی در حیطه مدیریت مواد و موجودی و مقاوم‌سازی بیمارستان‌ها نقش مؤثری دارد</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Introduction: Hospital Emergency preparedness in dealing with crises and disasters is essential for success in providing quality services. The aim of this study was to evaluate emergency preparedness in hospitals of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences in responding to crisis.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Methods: In this cross - sectional research, six hospital emergencies of Qazvin University of medical sciences were studied in 2013. Data was collected by hospital emergency response checklists with 90 questions in different areas (such as command and control, communication, safety and security, triage, surge capacity, continuity of essential services, human resources, management of materials and inventory area, post-disaster recovery) which has been developed by WHO through observation and interview.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Data analysis was performed using central indexes; also, tables and graphs were used to describe the results.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Findings: According to the findings, the maximum and minimum level of preparedness against disasters were in command and control area (80/83%) and management of materials and inventory area (57%) respectively.
