fa مکان‌یابی پایگاه امداد و نجات جاده‌ای استان گلستان با تأکید بر جادۀ بین‌المللی تهران-مشهد Site selection of Road Relief and Rescue Bases in Golestan Province with the Emphasis on International Road of Tehran to Mashhad حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: وقوع تعداد زیاد تصادفات جاده‌ای در ایران، توجه بیش از پیش به بخش امداد و نجات، مکان‌یابی صحیح پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات جاده‌ای و توسعه و تجهیز آن را ضروری می‌نماید. عوامل مختلفی در مکان‌یابی پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات دخالت دارند که بررسی و تحلیل تمام ابعاد آنها با روش‌های سنتی امکان‌پذیر نیست. استان گلستان با توجه به شرایط طبیعی و ویژگیهای گردشگری‌ و زیارتی و نیز واقع شدن در مسیر ترانزیتی شمال کشور، هرساله پذیرای میلیون‌ها مسافر است که به تبع آن دارای حوادث جادهای زیادی است. این موضوع توجه جدّی در خصوص مکان‌یابی پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات جادهای را به منظور خدمات‌رسانی بهتر به مصدومان در نقاط پرحادثه می‌طلبد. روش‌: در این پژوهش از روش سلسله مراتبی استفاده شده است. ابتدا، عوامل تأثیرگذار در تصادفات جاده‌ای شناسایی شدند و در ادامه بر مبنای مقایسۀ  زوجی عوامل تأثیرگذار و بر اساس نظرات کارشناسان وزن هر کدام از عوامل حاصل شد. در نهایت وزن‌های به دست آمده در GIS با یکدیگر تلفیق شد و نقشۀ اولویت مراکز امداد و نجات موجود و مکان‌گزینی مراکز پیشنهادی پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات به دست آمد. یافته‌ها: در نزدیکی شهرها و روستاها، آمیخته شدن هدف و روش استفاده از جادۀ بین‌المللی از سوی اهالی و رانندگان عبوری، علت اصلی بروز تصادفات بوده است. تمرکز پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات در این مناطق، تعداد حوادث را کاهش نمی‌دهد و فقط می‌تواند در تسریع امدادرسانی تأثیر داشته باشد. مکان‌های اصلی تأسیس پایگاه‌های امداد و نجات در جادۀ بین‌المللی تهران- مشهد حد فاصل شهرستان‌های مینودشت، آزادشهر، رامیان، علی‌آباد، گرگان، کردکوی و بندرگز می‌باشد که در این بین تراکم نقاط حادثه‌خیز در دو محور گرگان- علی‌آباد و کردکوی-گرگان بیشتر از سایر محورهاست. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، تراکم نقاط حادثه‌خیز در حد فاصل دو پایگاه امداد و نجات جاده‌ای قرار دارد که به نظر می‌رسد عواملی همچون جمعیت، فرهنگ، مهندسی جاده، اقلیم و فرهنگ ساکنان بومی در این امر دخیل است. لذا پیشنهاد می‌گردد سیاست‌ها در خصوص کاهش تصادفات جاده‌ای در این مناطق بازبینی شود.</div> INTRODUCTION: The occurrence of many road accidents in Iran makes it necessary to pay more attention to the rescue and rescue sector, the correct location of the road rescue and rescue centers and its development and equipment. Various factors are involved in the location of relief and rescue bases, which cannot be investigated and analyzed with traditional methods. Golestan province receives millions of travelers every year due to its natural conditions and features of tourism and pilgrimage, as well as its location on the transit route in the north of the country, which has many road accidents. This issue requires serious attention regarding the location of road rescue stations to provide better services to the injured in high-accident areas. METHOD: In this study, hierarchical method was used. First, the influential factors in road accidents were identified; then based on the comparison of these factors and according to the opinion of experts, the weight of each factor was obtained. Finally, the weights obtained in GIS were combined with each other and the priority map of the existing rescue centers and the location of the proposed rescue centers were obtained. FINDINGS: In vicinity of cities and villages, mixing of the purpose and method of using the international road by residents and passing drivers has been the main cause of accidents. Concentrating of rescue and relief ba<x>ses in these areas </x>does not reduce the number of accidents and can only have an effect on speeding up relief. The main places to establish relief and rescue ba<x>ses in Tehran-Mashhad international road are </x>the border between the cities of Minoodasht, Azadshahr, Ramian, Aliabad, Gorgan, Kordkuy and Bandar Gaz. In the meantime, Gorgan-Ali Abad and Gorgan-Kordkuy roads are more dangerous. CONCLUSION: According to the results, the concentration of accident-prone points is located in the distance between two road rescue and relief ba<x>ses and it seems that factors such as population, culture, road engineering, climate, and the culture of native and local inhabitants are involved in this matter. </x>Therefore, it is recommended that policies should be reviewed in order to reduce road accidents in these areas. مکان‌یابی, پایگاه امداد و نجات, تصادفات جاده‌ای, استان گلستان.
