fa آموزش شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی حین تحصیل از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته‌های امداد و نجات و امداد و سوانح (مطالعۀ موردی: مؤسسه علمی-کاربردی Teaching key competencies and skills while studying from the students’ viewpoints in fields of rescue & relief and relief in disasters حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article مقدمه: خلق یک نظام آموزشی که قابلیت تربیت افراد برای زیستن در جهانی متغیر را داشته باشد از اولویت‌‌های جامعۀ مدرن است. بر این اساس دانشگاه‌ها نقش‌های جدیدی را غیر از آموزش صرفاً تخصصی و رشته‌ای عهده‌دار شده‌اند که از جملۀ مهم‌ترین آنها آموزش شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی به منظور انطباق با شرایط پیچیدۀ کنونی است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی نگرش دانشجویان مؤسسه علمی‌کاربردی هلال ایران در مورد آموزش شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی در طول دوران تحصیل و از محیط دانشگاه است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر اهداف کاربردی، از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده است. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان رشته‌های کاردانی و کارشناسی امداد و نجات و امداد و سوانح مؤسسه آموزش عالی علمی‌کاربردی هلال ایران تشکیل داده است. با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران، حجم جمعیت جامعۀ نمونه 228 نفر برآورد گردید که 209 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ داده‌اند. برای انتخاب نمونه‌ها از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای استفاده گردید. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه 50 سئوالی محقق‌ساخته بود که پس از تأیید روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط 4 نفر از متخصصان مدیریت آموزشی و تعیین مقدار پایایی با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ (82/0)، پرسشنامه‌ها تکمیل شد. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده پس از ورود در نرم‌افزار 15-SPSS ، با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای و t گروه‌های مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آنست که امتیاز تمامی شاخص‌های شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی از میانگین پایه کمتر و با اختلاف معنی‌دار بوده است. از دیدگاه دانشجویان شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش، توجه به آموزش ابعاد چهارگانه شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد و پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است. نتایج آزمون t دو گروه مستقل برای بررسی دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان سال‌های اول و دوم و سال سوم و چهارم نشان داد که بین دو گروه در هیچ‌یک از متغیرها تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج‌ از نظر دانشجویان آموزش‌های دریافتی و محیط دانشگاه نتوانسته نقش قابل‌قبول و مؤثری در پرورش شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌‌های کلیدی داشته باشد. این درحالیست که ماهیت رشته‌های مذکور به شکلی است که دانش آموختگان برای کسب موفقیت شغلی و ایفای نقش در مشاغل مرتبط نیازمند به‌کارگیری این مهارت‌‌ها در کنار تخصص کسب شده می‌باشند. لذا مدیران آموزشی و مسئولان برنامه‌ریزی باید نسبت به تجدید نظر بر شیوۀ برگزاری دوره‌ها اهتمام نمایند. <div dir="ltr">Introduction: Creating an educational system with ability to training people for future is the most important duty in modern society. Universities play a significant role in order to educate people with key competencies and skills in the changing environment. This research aims to identify the viewpoint of students about learning these skills while studying at the universities.</div> <div dir="ltr">Method: In this applied and cross-sectional survey, about 228 students from all (560) were selected and studied randomly in Iran Helal Institute of Applied-Science & Technology. Data were collected by using self-administrated questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha (0/82). Then, the obtained information was analyzed by using SPSS-15, one sample t-test and two independent samples t. (sig=0/05) Findings: The results indicate that the scores of all parameter of key competencies and skills were lower than average and the difference was significant. The participants believed that there is no special program for learning these skills during courses based on fourfold pillar of key competencies. Also, there is not a significance differences between the viewpoint of freshman and sophomores with junior and seniors.  Conclusion: The results are as follows: in intellectual competencies dimension, there no enough attention to learn skills like analytical ability, decision-making ability, abstract thinking, and strategic programming. In personal competencies dimension, university is unsuccessful to learn abilities such as accountability, versatility, acceptable performance.
