fa تحلیلی بر خدمات امدادرسانی پایگاههای جاده ای هلال احمر و اورژانس 115 در استان کرمان اپیدمی در بحران ها Epidemic in Crisis پژوهشي Research article <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هلال‌احمر و اورژانس در کشور در زمینه ارائه خدمات در حوادث جاده‌ای با مشکلات متعددی روبه‌رو هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی بر خدمات امدادرسانی پایگاه‌های جاده‌ای هلال‌احمر و اورژانس 115 در استان کرمان از دیدگاه مدیران دو سازمان است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است و در انتخاب نمونه‌ها از روش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نمونه‌گیری</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آسان استفاده شد. افراد موردمطالعه 44 نفر از مدیران ارشد هلال‌احمر و اورژانس 115 شاغل در استان کرمان بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها چک‌لیست و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود که برای تأیید روایی آن از نظر تخصصی اساتید دانشگاه و کارشناسان خبره استفاده شد و پایایی درونی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ معادل 76/0تخمین زده شد. چک‌لیست‌ها با مشاهدۀ مستقیم پژوهشگر از پایگاه‌های دو سازمان تکمیل و پرسشنامه به‌صورت حضوری بین پاسخگویان توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و با نرم‌افزار 18-‌</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تحلیل شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> براساس یافته‌ها، </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">95 درصد مدیران توانایی امدادگران هلال‌احمر در فوریت‌ها پزشکی در حوادث را کم می‌دانند. 5/54 درصد نیز با واگذاری امور امدادرسانی به تصادفات جاده‌ای به یک سازمان دیگر موافق بودند.84 درصد، تغییر ماهیت پایگاه‌ها از داوطلبی به خدماتی- اورژانسی و استخدام امدادگران با فرصت ارتقای سطح علمی را مهم دانستند. همچنین، 63 درصد مدیران هر دو سازمان بر این عقیده‌ بودند که آموزش مردم و رانندگان در کاهش میزان تلفات ناشی از تصادف جاده‌ای بسیار مؤثر است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نیروهای امدادگر پایگاه‌های هلال‌احمر در زمینۀ اقدامات پیش‌بیمارستانی متخصص نیستند، آمبولانس‌های هلال‌احمر فاقد تجهیزات پزشکی کافی می‌باشند و اورژانس 115 فاقد تجهیزات نجات می‌باشد. از‌این‌رو، تغییر ماهیت پایگا</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ه‌ها</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از داوطلبی به خدماتی و استخدام امدادگران با فرصت ارتقای سطح علمی به‌عنوان راهکارهای بهبود توصیه می‌شود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Red Crescent Society and Emergencies in the country are facing serious problems in providing services for road accidents. The main goal of the present study was to analyze the quality of relief services of Red Crescent Society and Emergency 115 bases in Kerman province from the viewpoint of their managers.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: In this descriptive survey, 44 senior managers of Red Crescent Society and Emergency 115 bases were&nbsp;selected using a convenience sampling approach to be investigated. The data were collected via a self-report questionnaire and checklists. The questionnaire validity was established through experts&rsquo; opinion, and Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was estimated to be (0/76) for the questionnaire. The checklists were completed by direct observation from both Red Crescent Society and Emergencies bases and the questionnaire were distributed among the subjects by the researcher. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical indices and SPSS-18.<br> <strong>Findings</strong>: The findings indicated that about 95% of managers under rated the ability of relief personnel in Red Crescent Society to respond to the medical emergency cares during road accidents. About 54.5% agreed with the assignment of road accidents relief to another organization, about 84% of managers believed that the nature of the bases should change from volunteering services through community contribution to actual emergency services, and employing relief personnel with the opportunity to upgrade their professional knowledge, and skills through the time. About 63% of the managers from both organizations believed that public education is effective for preventing most road accidents.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The relief personnel in Red Crescent Society bases&nbsp;are&nbsp;not specialized in the field of pre-hospital measures. Moreover, Red Crescent Society ambulances do not have enough medical equipment and Emergency 115 has no rescue equipment.
