fa دیدگاه‌های حادثه دیدگان و امدادگران زلزله روستاهای اطراف قزوین (چنگوره و آبدره) حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به آسیب‌پذیری کشور ایران در هنگام وقوع حوادث، لزوم برنامه‌ریزی و انجام مطالعاتی در جهت کاهش اثرات و پیامدهای گوناگون ناشی از حادثه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. در این بین، استفاده از تجربیات افراد امدادگر و آسیب‌دیده در حوادث نیز بسیار موثر می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی دیدگاه‌های افراد حادثه دیده و امدادگر بعد از وقوع زلزله در دو روستای چنگوره و آبدره از روستاهای اطراف قزوین می‌باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong>روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه کیفی دیدگاه‌های 12 نفر از حادثه دیدگان و 15 امدادگر بومی و غیربومی، پیرامون ابعاد زلزله سال 1381 در دو روستای چنگوره و آبدره در اطراف شهرستان آوج در استان قزوین بررسی شد. به منظورثبت دیدگاه افراد حادثه‌دیده و امدادگران از چک لیست استفاده شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;یافته‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که بیشتر حادثه دیدگان از نحوه عملکرد امدادگران راضی بودند، اما از کمبود امکانات و در مضیقه بودن و مشکلات بهداشتی گله داشتند؛ در‌حالی‌که بیشتر امدادگران از عواملی چون دوری راه و صعب العبور بودن آن، مشکلات حمل و نقل، نبود مدیریت منسجم، خستگی، نبود ارتباطات مناسب و کمبود امکانات امدادرسانی شکایت داشتند. عملکرد نیروهای امدادی از دید حادثه دیدگان مطلوب بود، اما وجود نقیصه‌هایی در این عملکرد همچون نبود یک ستاد هماهنگ کننده و مشکلات بهداشتی موجبات حادثه دیدگان را فراهم آورده بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مشکلات بهداشتی، کمبود امکانات پس از حادثه از عوامل مهم در ایجاد نارضایتی حادثه‌دیدگان و نبود امکانات منسجم و ارتباطات مناسب از عوامل مهم ایجاد نارضایتی امدادگران بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong>It is necessary to plan and study various results of disaster mitigation regarding to Iran vulnerability and also to use of the experiences of affected people and first responders in disasters. This research aims to study first responders and affected people&#39;s viewpoints after earthquake of Qazvin two villages (Abdareh & Changureh).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods: </strong>In this qualitative research, 12 affected ones and 15 first responders (native & nonnative) viewpoints of earthquake were surveyed in 2002 by using of a checklist.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Findings: </strong>According to this study, the affected ones satisfied with first responders&#39; performance but complained about health problems and equipments shortage. Some issue dissatisfied the first responders such as tiredness, road arduousness and distance, lack of suitable transportation, relief facilities, and an integrated management.
