fa مدلی پویا از زنجیره تأمین خدمات بخش اورژانس اپیدمی در بحران ها Epidemic in Crisis پژوهشي Research article <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با توجه به افزایش اهمیت خدمات در سال‌های اخیر، از آنجایی که نظام مدیریت سلامت نوعی فعالیت خدماتی محسوب می‌شود و آگاهی از مفهوم زنجیره تأمین خدماتی در بیمارستان&shy;ها کم است، هدف</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این پژوهش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ارائه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مدلی پویا</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از زنجیره تأمین خدمات سلامت بخش اورژانس بیمارستان بر اساس رویکرد</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پویایی&shy;های سیستم و تجزیه و تحلیل</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">رفتار آن</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">توجه به اثر شلاق چرمی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">می&shy;باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پژوهش حاضر شامل سه بخش مطالعه مروری، کیفی و کمّی می&shy;باشد. در بخش مطالعه مروری با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه&shy;ای عوامل مؤثر بر زنجیره تأمین خدمات بخش اورژانس شناسایی و سپس در بخش کیفی به‌منظور استخراج، تعدیل و تصدیق عوامل شناسایی شده از نظر 8 نفر از خبرگان به‌صورت مصاحبه هدایت شونده استفاده شده است. در بخش کمّی، جامعه آماری اطلاعات بیماران پذیرفته‌شده بیمارستان روحانی بابل در بازه زمانی 500 ساعت به‌صورت سرشماری کامل معادل 1780 نفر می</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">باشد که شامل اطلاعات بیمار، ارزیابی پرستاران، تشخیص بیماری توسط پزشک، داروهای تجویز شده می</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مدل پویای زنجیره تأمین خدمات بخش اورژانس براساس رویکرد پویایی&shy;های سیستم طراحی و با آزمون&shy;های تأیید ساختار، شرایط حدی و مقایسه با مدل&shy;های خانواده اعتبارسنجی شده است. با اجرای مدل مشخص گردید هیچ‌کدام از چهار عامل اثر شلاق چرمی علامت&shy;دهی تقاضا، دسته&shy;کردن سفارشات، نوسانات قیمت و کمبود عرضه، نمی&shy;تواند عاملی برای خدمات اورژانس باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تقاضا و دسته&shy;کردن سفارشات نمی‌تواند به عنوان عامل تقویت&shy;کننده اثر شلاق چرمی در عملیات خدمات عمل کند. عامل نوسانات قیمت نیز نمی&shy;تواند به عنوان عامل مؤثر باشد زیرا انسان، نیاز جدّی به سلامت را حس می&shy;کند. همچنین، به دلیل طبیعت غیرقابل‌پیش&shy;بینی نیاز به خدمات اورژانس عامل کمبود عرضه نیز نمی&shy;تواند برای این بخش مناسب باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Since the importance of service sectors have increased over the last decade and lack of awareness about service supply chain in hospitals, the aim of this study is providing dynamic model for emergency room service supply chain by using system dynamics approach for analyzing behavior of supply chain based on the effect of supply chain bullwhip.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research method is divided by three stages: review, qualitative and quantitative. First stage, extensive literature review has been done to identify effective factors on emergency room services supply chain. Next, to extract and modify the identified factors used open interview from eight experts. Then, to present the dynamic model information of 1780 people such as general information, nurses evaluation, disease diagnosis by doctor, and drug prescription collected from duration of 500 hours.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The dynamic model of emergency room services supply chain drawn based on system dynamics approach and the validity of the model tested by confirmation of structure, limit conditions and comparison with family credit models. After running the model, none of supply chain bullwhip effects (demand, arranging orders, price fluctuations and supply shortages) could not be consider for emergency room services.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, demand and arranging orders could not intensify the effect of supply chain bullwhip during service operation. Since human are sensitive about being healthy, price fluctuation could not effect on supply chain bullwhip.
