style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از جمله اقداماتی که سعی دارد تهدیدات خارجی متوجه آسیب‌پذیری‌های داخلی نشود پدافند غیرعامل است. در طراحی و معماری نوین علاوه بر نظر داشتن به شرایط محیطی و فیزیکی، توجه به اصول دفاعی و پدافند اعم از عامل و غیرعامل نیز مهم است. اهمیت این موضوع در مناطق مرزی با توجه به شرایط خاص جغرافیایی و سیاسی این مناطق دو چندان می‌شود. سئوالی که در اینجا مطرح می‌شود این است که چه معیارهایی را باید در مکان‌یابی کاربری‌ها مدنظر قرار داد تا امنیت لازم تأمین گردد؟ هدف از این پژوهش اولویت‌بندی بین مناطق مناسب برای مکان‌یابی نقاط سکونتی جدید یا سایر زیرساخت‌های شهری براساس شناسایی معیارهای مؤثر بر این اولویت‌بندی است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span prevent external threats to make internal vulnerabilities.&nbsp;In new design and architecture, it is important to pay attention to the principles of both passive and active defense in addition to the environmental and physical conditions. The importance of this issue in border regions doubled due to the specific geographical and political conditions of these areas. Now the question is &ldquo;what criteria should be considered to provide security for site selecting of users?&rdquo; In this regard, the purpose of this research is to prioritize the areas suitable for site selecting new residential locations or other urban infrastructures based on the identification of the effective criteria on this prioritization.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: In this descriptive-analytic research, data collected from library studies as well as field studies and surveys, interviews with experts and distribution of the questionnaire among experts. Then, after analyzing the current data of Eslamabad-e-Gharb by using SWOT method, effective criteria were identified in site selecting process.
