fa بررسی تطبیقی برنامۀ درسی آموزش مدیریت امداد سوانح درآموزش عالی ایران و ایالات متحده از دیدگاه جهانی- بومی حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <strong><span style="font-family:Zar;">مقدمه</span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">آموزش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل، کم‌هزینه‌ترین و کوتاه‌ترین زمان و مسیر برای پرورش نیروی انسانی در مدیریت مؤثر و بهینه سوانح است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تطبیق برنامۀ درسی رشتۀ مدیریت سوانح طبیعی و انسان‌ساخت در ایران و مدیریت اضطراری و بلایا در ایالات متحده است</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Zar;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">این پژوهش به روش توصیفی</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">- </span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">تحلیلی براساس شیوۀ بردی</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">انجام گرفته، داده‌ها از پایگاه‌‌های اطلاع‌رسانی رسمی ملّی و بین‌المللی و مستندات آموزش عالی کشور گردآوری شده است. برنامه‌ریزی درسی رشته‌‌های فوق در مقطع کار‌‌شناسی در مؤسسه آموزش عالی هلال ایران و دو دانشگاه </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Upper Iowa </span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">&nbsp;و</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">American Public &nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">در ایالات متحده مقایسه، تحلیل و بر </span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">مبنای آن پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Zar;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">با توجه به نتایج، موضوعات برنامه‌ریزی درسی در حیطه‌‌های علوم پایه، مدیریت عمومی،‌ علوم اجتماعی و ارتباطات، علوم طبیعی و سوانح، علوم مدیریت بحران در ایران در مقاطع کاردانی و کارشناسی و گرایش‌های طبیعی وانسان‌ساخت برای تمامی مراکز ارائه‌دهنده و فراگیران ثابت و بدون تغییر و مبتنی بر نیاز بومی است. در دو دانشگاه مورد مطالعۀ ایالات متحده در هر دو گرایش هنر و علوم، موضوعات برنامه‌ریزی درسی در حیطه‌‌های فوق، متفاوت، اختیاری واز قابلیت انعطاف بالایی برخوردارست</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Zar;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">موضوعات برنامه‌ریزی و محتوای دروس در هر دو مقطع و دو گرایش مذکور، مطابق با الگوی جهانی مدیریت بحران و با تأکید بر نیاز‌های بومی سوانح طبیعی و انسان‌ساخت ایران است. برای پوشش کامل نیاز‌های کشور استفاده از دروس اختیاری متنوع، منعطف، متناسب با نیاز فراگیران شاغل در نهاد‌های گوناگون و طراحی رشته‌‌های جدید با توجه به تنوع سوانح کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span><span dir="LTR"></span> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>The most important factor in effective management of natural and man-made disasters is human resources. The least expensive and the shortest time and route to upbringing human resources as valuable assets to provide efficient and effective service in disasters is education. The objective in this survey is curriculum development comparison at U.S.A. Universities &ldquo;disaster and emergency management&rdquo; major and Iran institutes &ldquo;man-made and natural disaster management&rdquo; major.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research is comparative with interpretative approach. Data is collected by international and national formal informative bases. At first, two curriculum developments in B.Sc. level were compared each other, and then some offers were suggested based on analyzing of their similarities and differences, after categorization of their kinks.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>In Iran, despite of interest, talent and occupational requires of students in all center, curriculum development and content in field of science, general management, social science and communication, natural science and disaster, disaster management in both Associate and B.Sc. levels are changeless and invariable. Optional and selective lessons were not designed.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The curriculum development and content in both levels and in both man-made and natural disaster is considered according to disaster management global pattern to emphasis on national and local needs. Using of optional, variable and high flexible lessons in the curriculum development and content appropriate to interest, talent and occupational requires of students is suggested to effective disaster management in Iran.
