fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک تصادفات منجر به جراحت و فوت عابران پیاده شهر مشهد حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><br> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در تمام دنیا، عابران پیاده یکی از قربانیان حوادث رانندگی هستند. این افراد در عین این که سهم اندکی در تخلفات منجر به تصادف دارند</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">،</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اما از قربانیان اصلی این حوادث محسوب می‌گردند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی الگوی تصادفات عابران پیاده در شهر مقدس مشهد انجام شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل همۀ گزارش‌های صحنه تصادف مربوط به عابران پیادۀ ثبت شدۀ پلیس در سال‌های90 تا 94 در شهر مشهد می‌باشد که براساس این گزارش رسمی طی این سال‌ها ۵۶۳۶ تصادف اتفاق افتاده است. با بررسی گزارش‌های صحنه تصادف که توسط پلیس تدوین شده بود و با استفاده از یک فرم استاندارد، داده‌ها گردآوری شده است. روایی محتوا با استفاده از فرمول اس اچ لاوشه معادل ۰.۸۳ و پایایی با محاسبه روش آلفای کرونباخ (۰.۸۱) به‌دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی، آزمون کای دو و بستۀ نرم‌افزاری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده گردید. &nbsp;</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span> <a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">طبق نتایج، در بین سال‌های90 تا 94، 5636 تصادف در شهر مشهد اتفاق افتاده است که 5568 مورد جرحی، 46 مورد فوتی و 22 مورد هم جرحی-</span></span></a> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">فوتی بوده است</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> که</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بیشترین آمار جرحی و فوتی مربوط به شرق مشهد می‌باشد. دو مورد از علل اصلی تصادفات مربوط به عدم رعایت حق تقدم (38.9 درصد) و عدم توجه به جلو (19.7 درصد) می‌باشد. بیشترین میزان تصادف در ردۀ سنی 20 تا 30 سال اتفاق افتاده است (13درصد) و مردان بیشتر از زنان (62 درصد) دچار آسیب شده‌اند. همچنین پوشیدن لباس تیره توسط عابر</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ان</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> احتمال بروز تصادفات را 3 برابر می‌کند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: آموزش عمومی مردم در زمینه نحوه پوشیدن لباس در شب، عبور از محل‌های مشخص شده و همچنین بهبود وضعیت معابر</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">می‌تواند به میزان زیادی در کاهش میزان آسیب‌های ناشی از تصادفات عابران پیاده مؤثر باشد. &nbsp;</span></span></span> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Pedestrians are one of the victims of traffic accidents in the world. While few of these violations have resulted in the accidents but people are the main victims of the road accidents. This study aimed to evaluate the pattern of pedestrian accidents in the holy city of Mashhad in 2015.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: This research is a descriptive-applied study which is done in Mashhad in 2015. Data (about 5636 accidents) was investigated and gathered by police reports in standard form in 2012 to 2015. Content validity and reliability were calculated by Lawshe formula (0/83) and Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha (0/81). Data was analyzed by using SPSS software to determine the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square tests and analysis of variance.<br> <strong>Findings</strong>: According to the results, 5636 traffic accidents have occurred in the city of Mashhad which 5568 people are injured, 46 died and 22 persons had death- injuries in 2011 to 2015. However, the highest death and injury rate occurred in east of Mashhad. Two of the main causes of the accident are the observance of the right of priority (yield) (38.9%) and not paying attention to the front (19.7%). The highest accident rate occurred in the age groups between 20 and 30 years (13%) and men were more affected than women (62%).
