fa وضعیت فرسودگی امدادی در گروهی از امدادگران ارائه‌دهنده خدمات در مقایسه با امدادگران غیرفعال در زلزله بم Study of the Relief Burnout in Some Active Relief Workers Comparing with Inactive Ones in Bam Earthquake حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;">مقدمه: امدادگران ممکن است در موقعیت‌های فاجعه‌زده، دچار علائمی ‌از قبیل تحریک‌پذیری، خستگی و تحلیل جدّی توانایی‌های شغلی، کاهش توانمندی‌های سازگاری، مقابله و احتمالاً فرسودگی و تحلیل‌رفتگی شغلی شوند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی وضعیت فرسودگی گروهی از امدادگران ارائه‌دهنده خدمات امداد و نجات در زلزله بم انجام شد. روش: در این مطالعه مقطعی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه فرسودگی در امدادگران (اهرنرایک، 2001) به بررسی میزان و نوع علائم در گروهی از امدادگران فعال در مقایسه با گروه دیگری از امدادگران پرداخته شد که به دلایل مختلف امکان شرکت در عملیات امدادرسانی در بم را نداشتند. یافته‌ها: طبق یافته ها، بین نمره فرسودگی افرادی که در بم ارائه خدمت کردند با مدت حضور آن‌ها همبستگی معنیداری در سطح 05/0 وجود داشت. میانگین نمرات علائم گروه شرکت‌کننده در عملیات بم برابر با 23/16 و نمرات گروه گواه برابر 2/10 بود. آزمون T برای مقایسه دو میانگین برابر با 78/3 بود که در سطح 001/0 نشان‌دهنده سطح بالاتر علائم در امدادگران ارائه‌دهنده خدمات در بم می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: ارائه خدمات در سوانح سطح بالایی از فشار روانی و تنش را در امدادگران ایجاد می‌کند. بنابراین به منظور حمایت از امدادگران و کاستن از این فشارها و تنیدگی‌ها و پیشگیری از تبدیل آن‌ها به مشکلات شدیدتر روان‌شناختی، لازم است تا خدمات حمایتی روانی خاصی به امدادگران ارائه‌شده و مداخله‌هایی صورت گیرد.</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;">INTRODUCTION: Disaster relief workers may experience mental symptoms such as irritability, fatigue, serious reduction of job abilities, reduction of adaptive capabilities, coping and possibly job burnout in disaster situations. This study was conducted in order to investigate job burnout of a group of disaster relief workers who provided rescue and relief in the Bam earthquake. METHOD: In this cross-sectional study, using the burnout questionnaire in disaster relief workers, the amount and type of symptoms in a group of active relief workers were compared and investigated with another group of relief workers who could not participate in the rescue and relief operation in Bam for various reasons. FINDINGS: According to the findings, there was a significant correlation at the level of 0.05 between the burnout score of the people who provided services in Bam and the duration of their presence. The mean scores of the symptoms of the group present in BAM operation was 16.23 and the scores of the control group were 10.2. Also, T-test for comparing two means was equal to 3.78, which at the level of 0.001 indicates a higher level of symptoms in paramedics providing services in Bam.
