fa نیازسنجی آموزشی معاونین امور جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه :</strong>&nbsp;گام اول برنامه ریزی آموزشی‌, شناسایی و اولویت بندی نیازهای آموزشی است، کهنقطه آغاز هرنوع آموزشی است. به میزانی که معاونین امور جوانان برای برنامه ریزی و مشارکت جوانان&nbsp;در فعالیت های امدادی و عام المنفعه فاقد معلومات، مهارت و توانایی‌ها باشند، نیاز به آموزش بیشتر احساس می‌گردد. هدف این تحقیق تعیین نیازهای آموزشی معاونین امور جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر است.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;روش تحقیق توصیفی و کاربردی بوده و جامعه آماری تمامی معاونین امور جوانان استان های کشور در سال 1385 هستند. به دلیل محدود بودن نمونه ها از روش شمارش کامل افراد (سرشماری) استفاده شده است. ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و شاخص های آمار توصیفی مورد استفاده فراوانی و درصد می‌باشد.</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;بیشترین دوره های آموزشی مورد نیاز معاونین امور جوانان هلال احمر روانشناسی نوجوانی و جوانی(49/14درصد) ، مدیریت سرپرستی (59/11)و کمترین آن توانمند سازی نیروی انسانی(1درصد)، مدیریت استراتژیک(1 درصد)، مدیریت زمان(1 درصد)، کارگاه آموزشی ارتباط باNGO&nbsp;&nbsp;(1درصد) ، بود.</div> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong>&nbsp;دوره های آموزشی مورد نیاز به ترتیب عبارتند از : روانشناسی نوجوانی و جوانی، مدیریت سرپرستی، برنامه ریزی عملیاتی، مدیریت امور فرهنگی، رفتار سازمانی، مدیریت سوانح و حوادث، مدیریت مشارکتی، بودجه بندی امور مالی، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی نیروی انسانی، گزارش‌نویسی، مدیریت گروهها، مسائل نوجوانان و جوانان، جامعه شناسی جوانان، مدیریت بحران</p> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#222222">INTRODUCTION</span></span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#222222">: Identification and prioritizing of educational needs, which is important for all educational programs, is the first step in educational planning. It is necessary to increase education and training as far as the youth affairs deputies have lack of abilities, knowledge and skillful at planning and youth contribution in the field of relief activities. This paper aims to study and determine the educational needs of youth affairs deputies in Red Crescent Society.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#222222">METHODS</span></span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="color:#222222">: In this descriptive and functional research, all youth affairs deputies were surveyed in 2007.&nbsp;It is used of total counting because of the samples limitation.
