fa ارائه الگو برای توسعه مراکز علمی کاربردی جمعیت هلال‌احمر با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: مؤسسه و مراکز علمی‌کاربردی هلال‌احمر برای آمادگی در مواجهه با عدم‌ قطعیت‌های تأثیرگذار در زمینه‌حوادث‌ و سوانح کشور، باید الگویی برای توسعه سرلوحه خود قرار‌دهند از این‌رو هدف این مقاله</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ارائه‌ الگوی ‌توسعه آنها </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">می‌باشد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: پژوهش حاضر آمیخته، </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">توصیفی‌‌وکاربردی است. </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در بخش‌کیفی پژوهش (بخش اول)، 24نفر از نخبگان‌علمی‌‌کاربردی و آینده‌نگاری و توسعه ‌آموزش‌ عالی به روش نمونه‌گیری ‌هدفمند انتخاب ‌شدند و با آن&rlm;ها مصاحبه شد، الگوی اولیه توسعه از مصاحبه‌ها حاصل شد. ابزار پرسشنامه با 84 گویه برای اعتبارسنجی الگو تهیه شد. آلفای کرونباخ تمامی مؤلفه‌ها بالاتر از 7/0 شد که بیانگر هماهنگی‌ درونی گویه‌ها و پایایی قابل‌قبول پرسشنامه بود. جامعه‌آماری بخش ‌کمی‌ پژوهش (بخش دوم) 2071 نفر بود که 325 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و به ‌وسیله نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از میان رؤسای ‌مراکز</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">علمی ‌کاربردی هلال‌احمر استان‌ها</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(به نسبت مدرسان هر مرکز)، مدیران‌ گروه و اعضای ‌هیأت‌ علمی و اساتید مدعو مؤسسه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با رویکرد تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با کاربرد نرم افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: نتایج نشان‌داد که بار عاملی استاندارد برای سنجش قدرت رابطه بین عامل&rlm;های، </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آموزش ‌و ‌پژوهش‌ کاربردی، اشتغال ‌و کارآفرینی، برنامه‌ریزی با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری، آمایش‌ سرزمین، مالی و بودجه و نیز تناسب زیرساخت‌ها،</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با گویه</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها در تمامی موارد بزرگ</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تر از 3/0 بود و آماره </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نیز در سطح اطمینان 5 درصد مقداری بزرگ</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تر از 96/1 بود.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span>: <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به منظور ارائه الگویی بهینه برای توسعه مؤسسه و مراکز جمعیت هلال‌احمر ضروریست شش مؤلفه آموزش و پژوهش کاربردی، اشتغال و کارآفرینی، برنامه&rlm;ریزی با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری، آمایش سرزمین، بحث مالی و بودجه و تناسب زیرساخت‌های توسعه نسبت به سایر مؤلفه‌ها در اولویت قرار گیرند.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Institutes of Applied Science &Technology and other related centers in Red Crescent Society should be prepared to deal with the effective uncertainties for disasters&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; country;&nbsp; therefore,&nbsp; they&nbsp; have&nbsp; to&nbsp; set&nbsp; a&nbsp; pattern&nbsp; for&nbsp; development. However, this article aims to present a model of development<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This&nbsp; research&nbsp; was&nbsp; a&nbsp; descriptive&nbsp; and applied; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; qualitative&nbsp; section,&nbsp; 24 elites&nbsp; were&nbsp; selected and interviewed from centers of&nbsp; applied-science,&nbsp; foresight&nbsp; and higher&nbsp; education&nbsp; development&nbsp; by&nbsp; using&nbsp; purposeful&nbsp; sampling. Interviews&nbsp; were implemented&nbsp; and&nbsp; coded&nbsp; and&nbsp; primary&nbsp; codes&nbsp; of&nbsp; interviews&nbsp; were&nbsp; mainly&nbsp; delivered during two-step Delphi. However, initial development pattern obtained by interviews. In the quantitative section, an 84-item questionnaire was provided.
