fa تحلیل فضایی و مکان‌یابی ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی شهر اصفهان با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی معکوس اپیدمی در بحران ها Epidemic in Crisis پژوهشي Research article <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یکی از مشکلات شهرهای امروزی، عدم مکان‌گزینی مناسب فعالیت‌های شهری می‌باشد که حیات شهرها را با مشکل مواجه ساخته است. ایستگاه&shy;های آتش&shy;نشانی که به عنوان یکی از فعالیت‌های خدمات شهری به حساب می‌آیند از این قاعده مستثنی نیستند. با توجه به افزایش سریع جمعیت و رشد غیرمنطقی شهرها، سیستم ایمنی شهر نیز باید بهبود پیدا کند تا بتواند پوشش کافی را بر کل شهر داشته باشد. مکان&shy;یابی درست ایستگاه‌های آتش&shy;نشانی در نحوه دسترسی سریع و به‌موقع خودروهای آتش&shy;نشانی به محل حادثه بسیار مهم است. رسیدن به‌موقع آتش&shy;نشانان به محل حادثه باعث می&shy;شود که خسارت کمتری به بار آید، لیکن تحقق این امر نیازمند توزیع بهینه ایستگاه&shy;های آتش‌نشانی است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن از طریق مشاهده میدانی، مصاحبه، مطالعه طرح&rlm;های صورت‌گرفته در رابطه با شهر اصفهان و نقشه 2000/1 این شهر به دست آمده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها حاکی از آن است که ایستگاه&shy;های آتش&shy;نشانی موجود فقط 03/52 درصد از فضاهای فعال شهری را در زمان استاندارد تحت پوشش مفید خود قرار می&shy;دهند و برای ارتقای سطح دسترسی عادلانه شهروندان و بهبود الگوی توزیع فضایی ایستگاه&shy;ها بر اساس استانداردها و ضوابط، مکان&shy;یابی ایستگاه&shy;های جدید ضرورت دارد. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 titr;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بر اساس یافته&shy;های پژوهش، با جمع‌آوری داده&shy;های مؤثر در قالب لایه&shy;های اطلاعاتی نظیر شبکه ارتباطی، تراکم جمعیت مناطق و فضاهای مستعد بروز حوادث و سوانح، کاربری اراضی و غیره با استفاده از </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">GIS</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و مدل تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی معکوس، مکان&shy;های مناسب برای باز توزیع ایستگاه‌های موجود و احداث ایستگاه&shy;های آتش‌نشانی جدید مکان&shy;یابی و پیشنهاد شده است.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: One of the modern cities problems is the lack of adequate site selection of urban activities that faced them with challenges. However, fire stations as one of the urban services activities are not excluded from this. Due to rapid population growth and illegal growth of cities, the city&#39;s safety system needs to be improved to provide adequate coverage for the entire city. Adequate site selection of fire stations is very important in rapid and timely access of firefighting vehicles to the scene of the incident and lowers the severity of damages.
