fa ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره آموزش کارگاهی مدیریت بحران استان کرمان در سال 1388 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه :</strong>ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت بحران امری ضروری برای مدیران آموزش می باشد. با سنجش‌ اثربخشی‌ آموزش ها می‌توان‌ نقاط قوت‌ و ضعف‌ برنامه‌ها را تشخیصداد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر بخشی دوره آموزش کارگاهی مدیریت بحران از نظر تحقق هدف های آموزشی در سطح دانش و آگاهی و میزان رضایت مندی مدیران ستاد حوادث غیر مترقبه استان کرمان بر طبق الگوی کرک پاتریک می باشد.</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>روش ها :</strong>&nbsp;تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع تحقیق ارزشیابی است. جامعه آماری تمامی مدیران ستاد حوادث غیر مترقبه 7 شهرستان کرمان (134 نفر) در سال 1388 هستند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده &nbsp;و ابزار تحقیق ، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته وشاخص های مورد استفاده آمار توصیفی فراوانی و درصد ، میانگین و آمار استنباطی&nbsp;&nbsp;tتست است.</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong>&nbsp;8 /58 درصد مدیران آگاهی از پتانسیل های موجود شهر خود را برای برنامه ریزی بحران در حد زیاد و 9/54 درصد کاملاٌموافق فراگیری علم مدیریت بحران هستند. 1/54 درصد میزان کیفیت مطالب ارائه شده را در حد زیاد می دانند.</div> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;">نتیجه گیری : نتایج نشان می دهد دوره آموزشی ازنظر افزایش دانش و آگاهی مدیران بحران اثربخش بوده است. تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین &nbsp;پیش آزمون و پسآزمون نمونه ها در سطح&nbsp;P<0.05&nbsp;&nbsp;وجود دارد. از نظر شرکت کنندگان میزان کیفیت کارگاه های آموزشی و کل دوره در سطح مطلوب ارزیابی شده است.</div> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Educational managers have to evaluate the effectiveness of crisis management trainings to recognize the weakness and strength points of the plans. According to Kirkpatrick pattern, this paper aims to study the effectiveness of crisis management workshop training regarding the educational goals achievement based on awareness, knowledge, and managers&#39; satisfaction in unexpected disasters center in Kerman province.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this applied and evaluation research, about 134 of managers in unexpected disasters center were selected in 7 townships of Kerman by using simple sampling randomly, questionnaire, frequency, percent, mean, T test statistics in 2009.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>About 58.8 percent of managers were satisfied with awareness of the available&nbsp;<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The result shows that the course was effective and useful regarding the knowledge and awareness increasing of crisis management. There was a meaningful difference in posttest and pretest mean (P<0.05).
