fa بررسی مشکلات مربیان از دیدگاه مسئولان آموزش شعب جمعیت‌ هلال‌احمر استان تهران در طی سال‌های ‌1388-‌‌1386 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify">مقدمه: جذب و نگهداری مربیان امداد و کمک‌های اولیه ، و نجات، به عنوان منبع و سرمایه‌ای سودمند در جامعه حائز اهمیت است. لذا این مقاله به منظور تحقق این هدف، به بررسی مشکلات مربیان از دیدگاه مسئولان آموزش شعب جمعیت هلال‌احمر استان تهران در طی سال‌های 1388-1386 پرداخته است.<br> روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی، توصیفی و مقطعی است که در آن از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای نیز بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شامل تمامی مسئولان آموزش شعب استان تهران طی سال‌های 1386 تا 1388 و نمونه آماری آن شامل تمام اعضای جامعه آماری بود. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود.<br> یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش، سهمیه آموزشی و مربیان بین شعب، به طور مناسب توزیع نشده‌اند. مشکلات مهمی که مسئولان آموزش شعب در خصوص مربیان بیان داشتند به ترتیب شامل موارد عدم وجود مزایای مناسب اداری برای پرسنل آموزش (سختی کار، اضافه کاری و...)، پایین بودن حق‌الزحمه مربیان و مدرسان، کافی نبودن تعداد پرسنل آموزش در شعب و کمبود و نامناسب بودن وسایل کمک آموزشی می‌‌شد.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: حفظ و نگهداری مربیان در جمعیت هلال‌احمر حائز اهمیت است که با بهره‌گیری از الگوهای مشارکتی می‌توان به این مهم دست یافت. علاوه بر استفاده از این الگوها، بایستی به مشکلات مربیان نیز توجه داشت.</p> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Garamond&quot;,serif">INTRODUCTION</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Garamond&quot;,serif">: It is important to attract and to maintain the relief, first-aid and rescue trainers as a useful source and capital in the Society.
