fa برنامه ریزی مقابله با بلایا : رویکردی مؤثر برای کاهش خطرات بلایا در سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی ایران حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: بلایا رخدادهای کمیابی هستند؛ با وجود این، برنامه ریزی دقیق و آموزش در جهت آماده سازی سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی برای مقابله با این رویدادها، بسیار ضروری است. مقاله حاضر، برنامه ریزی مدیریت بلایا و مانورهای مرتبط را درون سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی ایران بررسی می‌کند.<br> روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی و از نوع کمّی است که برای انجام آن تعداد 230 پرسشنامه، که سؤالاتی در زمینه برنامه ریزی جامع، کارت‌های عملیاتی یا برنامه‌های عملیاتی استاندارد، برنامه ریزی مداوم کسب و کار و برنامه اقتضایی را دربرمی‌گرفت، در بین مدیران سلامت توزیع گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و از طریق آزمون‌های آماری مختلف انجام شد.<br> یافته‌ها: اگرچه درون سازمان‌ها برنامه‌های جامع وجود دارد؛ اما برنامه‌های اقتضایی، برنامه‌های استمرار کسب و کار و کارت‌های عملیاتی مورد توجه قرار نگرفته اند. کمیته‌های عملیاتی مدیریت بلایا واقع در سازمان‌ها نیز، در جهت بهبود توانایی مقابله با بحران‌ها، اقدام مناسبی انجام نداده اند.<br> نتیجه گیری: در جهت ارتقای سیستم مدیریت بلایا باید اقداماتی، مانند مهندسی مجدد در جهت طراحی سیستم مدیریت بلایا، فعالیت‌های آماده سازی، تدوین استانداردها و پروتکل‌ها، آموزش کارکنان و مانورهای منظم، صورت گیرد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Background: Disasters are fortunately rare occurrences. However, careful planning and training are necessary in order to adequately prepare individual health and care organizations for such events. This paper aims to investigate disaster management planning and related exercises of health organizations in Iran.<br> Methods: A quantitative and cross sectional study were performed and 230 questionnaires were distributed among the health managers about comprehensive planning, operational cards or operational standard plans, business contingency plans and continuity plans. Data was analyzed by using SPSS and various statistical tests.<br> Findings: Contingency plans, business continuity plans and action cards need to be employed although there are comprehensive plans within the organizations.
