fa شناسایی راهکارهای سیاستی اورژانس هوایی استان اصفهان Policy Implications of Helicopter Emergency Medical Services in Isfahan Province شیوه های نوین آموزشی در مدیریت حوادث وسوانح New educational methods in the management of crisis and disasters پژوهشي Research article مقدمه: خدمات پزشکی اورژانس هوایی سبب ارائه مراقبت های پزشکی به بیماران و مصدومان بدحال در اسرع وقت و درمان سریعتر و در نتیجه کاهش مدت زمان بستری بیماران در بیمارستان می شود. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی راهکارهای سیاستی اورژانس هوایی استان اصفهان است. روش: این پژوهش کیفی است به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش  مدیران و پرسنل اورژانس هوایی استان اصفهان و کادر پروازی اورژانس هوایی استان اصفهان بودند. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و در ادامه بصورت گلوله برفی انجام شد. در ابتدا، 14 نفر از پرسنل اورژانس هوایی با استفاده از فرم راهنمای مصاحبه، مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند و در ادامه نظرات 15 نفر از کادر پروازی توسط پرسشنامه باز جمع آوری گردید. از نرم افزار MAXQDA10 برای کدگذاری داده ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش در سه قسمت چالش ها، فرصت ها و پیشنهادات طبقه بندی شد. در زمینه چالش ها، 11 تم و 34 طبقه در این پژوهش شناسایی شد. فرصت های اورژانس هوایی به 8 تم و 11طبقه تقسیم بندی شد. راهکارهای سیاستی ارائه شده توسط مشارکت کنندگان نیز به 8 تم و 28 طبقه دسته بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که یکی از مهم ترین چالش های شناخته شده، نبود بالگردهای تخصصی و مدیکوپتر بود، لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران اورژانس هوایی اصفهان با توجه به یافته های پژوهش در صدد رفع چالش های موجود بوده و برنامه ای برای تقویت ظرفیت ها و فرصت های موجود داشته باشند. INTRODUCTION: Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) provide medical care to critically ill patients and the injured immediately and provide faster treatment, thereby reducing the length of hospitalization. This study aimed to identify the policy implications of HEMS in Isfahan province. METHODS: This qualitative study was conducted using the thematic analysis method. The study population included the managers, personnel, and flight crews of Isfahan HEMS. The participants were selected using the purposive sampling method, followed by the snowball method. Initially, 14 individuals from the HEMS personnel were interviewed using the interview guide form, and then, the opinions of 15 participants from the flight crews were collected through an open questionnaire. MAXQDA-2018 software was used for data coding. FINDINGS: The research findings were classified into challenges, opportunities, and implications. In terms of challenges, 11 themes and 34 categories were identified in this study.  HEMS opportunities were also divided into 8 themes and 11 categories. The policy implications provided by the participants were also categorized into 8 themes and 28 categories.
