fa آسیب پذیری یک بیمارستان نظامی تهران در برابر زلزله از نگاه پرسنل و اجزای غیرسازه‌ای حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: آمادگی کامل بیمارستان و پرسنل و آگاهی پرسنل با خطرات، سوانح و مدیریت بحران کمک مؤثری در مدیریت بحران در هنگام زلزله می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی یک بیمارستان نظامی تهران از لحاظ آسیب‌پذیری در برابر زلزله است.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش‌ها : مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی و میدانی است که پرسشنامه‌ای با 18 سؤال باز و تشریحی میان 30 نفر از کارکنان بیمارستان توزیع شد که پاسخ‌دهندگان نظرات خود را اعلام نمودند. در مرحله بعد، ضمن مطالعه</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">پاسخنامه‌های جمع آوری شده و ارزیابی مفهومی سئوالات پرسشنامه‌ها و میزان درک پاسخ دهندگان که 30 نفر از پرسنل بیمارستان بودند و به طور تصادفی برگزیده شده بودند، بررسی و سپس تحلیل آماری شد. اجزای غیر سازه‌ای با چک لیست بررسی شدند.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافته‌ها: 83 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان بیان کرده‌اند که سیستم هشدار در مواقع بحران در بیمارستان وجود ندارد، ولی لازم است. 50 درصد کارکنان اعلام کرده‌اند که سیستم‌های حفاظتی در بیمارستان دارد. 75 درصد از پاسخ‌دهندگان، آموزش نحوه مقابله سریع، نحوه مقاوم‌سازی اجزای غیرسازه‌ای و نحوه همکاری با گروه‌های امداد در مقابله با بحران را مؤثر و بیشتر کارکنان اتاق مقاوم بیرون از ساختمان و محوطه‌ای در بیمارستان مانند پارکینگ بیمارستان را برای اسکان موقت مناسب دانسته‌اند. وجود ستاد حوادث غیرمترقبه و چارت سازمانی مشخص در خصوص مدیریت بحران از نقاط قوت داخلی و رعایت نشدن برخی استانداردهای سازه‌ای و غیرسازه‌ای از مهم‌ترین نقاط ضعف داخلی بود.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجه‌گیری: علی رغم وجود کمیته حوادث غیر مترقبه و داشتن چارت سازمانی مدیریت بحران و نقاط قوت داخلی بسیار دیگر، در مجموعه بیمارستان نقاط ضعفی نیز به چشم می‌خورد. همچنین با وجود فرصت‌های بیرونی مناسب در اطراف مجموعه بیمارستان، تهدید‌های بیرونی بسیاری نیز در مواقع بحرانی ممکن است بر مشکلات بیمارستان بیافزاید.</span></p> <div dir="ltr"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Introduction: The hospital personnel and staff preparedness and their knowledge about hazards, disasters and also disaster management are effective in disaster management during an earthquake. The present study aims to study the vulnerability of a military hospital against earthquake in Tehran.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Methods: In this desc</span> riptive field study, questionnaire (with 18 open questions) was distributed among 30 staff of hospital. Then, the answers were studied and analyzed definitely. Non-structural components were evaluated with the checklist.<br> Findings: About 83% of respondents have declared that there is no warning system in hospital in time of disaster. About 50% of staff have announced that the hospital has a protective system. 70% of respondents have believed some items are necessary such as: learning how to deal quickly; how to retrofit non-structural components; and how to cooperate with relief workers dealing with disaster. Most of respondents thought that there should be a resistant room or parking outside the hospital as a temporary housing. Unexpected disasters headquarter and disaster management organizational chart are considered as strength points and lack of some structural and nonstructural standards are as the weak points in the mentioned hospital.<br> Conclusion: There are some other weak and strength points in hospital despite having committee of unexpected disasters and disaster management organizational chart.
