The Impact of Organizational Culture on Organizational Wisdom with the Mediating Role of Knowledge Management (Case Study: Iranian Red Crescent Population)

Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the
impact of organizational culture on organizational wisdom with the mediating role of knowledge management among Iranian
Red Crescent Population.The method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The population consisted 714 staff of Red Crescent were selected 256 members by using
Morgan table and Random stratified sampling method as the sample size. To collect the data, three standard questionnaire were used include organizational culture by Dennison (2000), knowledge management by Sawlow (2003) organizational wisdom by Brown & Greene (2006). After collecting the data, they were desescribed through the mean, standard deviation by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Questionnaires technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model was appropriate with regard to components research. Also the results of the study indicated that Organizational culture impact on organizational wisdom (0.41); organizational culture impact on knowledge management (0.38); knowledge management impact on organizational wisdom (0.42); also organizational culture had significant impact on organizational wisdom behavior with the mediating role of knowledge management (0.57). Therefore, in order to achieve the appropriate organizational wisdom among the Red Crescent staff, the organizational culture of the staff should be strengthened and Knowledge is shared among employees, because the causes of organizational wisdom are
rooted in factors such as participation, creativity, and flexibility.
