Introduction: Staff training of is one of the most important ways of  and development for both staff and ultimately organization. This paper aims to present a comprehensive system pattern of training for the staff of Red Crescent Society.
Methods: In this research using mixed methods, some measures were taken carefully. First, the available status of Red Crescent society was surveyed by analyzing documents and interviewing training experts and managers; then, the existing were identified; and finally the suitable pattern was designed by analyzing the current situation and vulnerabilities. The validity of the mentioned pattern was assessed by using questionnaire of relative key informants in Red Crescent Society.
Findings: This research submits the available vulnerabilities to the staff training of Red Crescent society such as organizational structure, rules & regulations, educational system structure and education process. A systematic pattern was designed for the staff of Red Crescent society.
Conclusion: According to the result, a comprehensive, systematic pattern was designed and provided for the staff training including need assessment, design, implementation, evaluation, and motivational mechanisms. The designed pattern for training is valid for based on the results.
