Introduction:The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment, resiliency and mental health with burnout syndrome of fire department employees in Tabriz city. This research was a descriptive and correlation study. The target population of this study was the all fire department employees city Tabriz from 2013 to 2014 year that of the target population, 142 samples used in this study using a random sample of Cochrane statistical formulas in the study. For data collecting Maslach Burnout Inventory, Alen & Meir organizational commitment, General Health Questionnaire Goldberg, Conner & Davidson resilience scale was used. Data were analyzed by using of Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regressions (stepwise). The results indicated that organizational commitment; resiliency has negative relations؛ and mental health positive relation with Burnout syndrome. Also based on results the resiliency, organizational commitment and mental health can predict changes in Burnout syndrome.
