Introduction: Educational managers have to evaluate the effectiveness of crisis management trainings to recognize the weakness and strength points of the plans. According to Kirkpatrick pattern, this paper aims to study the effectiveness of crisis management workshop training regarding the educational goals achievement based on awareness, knowledge, and managers' satisfaction in unexpected disasters center in Kerman province.
Methods: In this applied and evaluation research, about 134 of managers in unexpected disasters center were selected in 7 townships of Kerman by using simple sampling randomly, questionnaire, frequency, percent, mean, T test statistics in 2009.
Findings: About 58.8 percent of managers were satisfied with awareness of the available
Conclusion: The result shows that the course was effective and useful regarding the knowledge and awareness increasing of crisis management. There was a meaningful difference in posttest and pretest mean (P<0.05). In participants' view, the course and the quality of training workshop were highly desirable.
