Investigating the Impact of Free Leadership on Crisis Management with Emphasis on Education and Development Staff (Case Study of Red Crescent Society of West Azarbaijan Province)

In this research, the study of the effect of free leadership on the management of the crisis with regard to training and staffing was studied by a case study of employees of the Red Crescent Branches of West Azarbaijan Province. This research is a descriptive-applied research. The population of this study was all branches of the Red Crescent Society of West Azarbaijan Province, numbering 262 people, of which 159 were selected according to Cochran formula. In order to collect information, two questionnaires were used by the Researcher-led Liberal Leadership and staff training and improvement. To determine the validity and validity of the questionnaire, structural validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used. For data analysis, according to the necessity of statistical methods Descriptive data such as frequency, cumulative and relative frequency, and mean were used. In the inferential statistics section, various MANOVA and stepwise regression correlation coefficients were used for different methods and techniques.
Freedom leadership is an approach of leadership that strives to simultaneously enhance the professional development of employees and enhance work and help develop the organization through the combination of work and social groups, participation, decision-making and ethical and compassionate behavior. In other words, a free leader is a leader who has the leader, ability, and power of guidance of one or more people to achieve organizational goals. In other words, the free leadership of the process has an impact on the activities of the individual in the group in the pursuit of a goal in a given position.
One of the components of this kind of leadership is education and improvement. Education focuses on excellence, with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that people need to do their current job in a routine manner with existing responsibilities, so, according to Bernardine, every effort is being made to improve one's performance in the current job. He and this means changing the person's knowledge and skills, attitudes and behaviors.
Empowerment is the process of empowering individuals. In this process, people are helped to improve their sense of self-confidence and overcome the feelings of disability and helplessness, which means mobilizing the inner motives of individuals. Empowering, encouraging people to participate more in making decisions that affect their activities. This provides opportunities to present and implement their ideas. Empowering means simply encouraging people to play a more active role in their work, and to progress ahead of them to take responsibility for improving their performance and make key decisions without having to go to senior officials. Accordingly, today is a refinement of a new management concept that has come up with an accelerated evolution and increasing competition. Empowerment is one of the measures that is being taken to improve and improve the times. In the first place, a capable human resource, which in turn creates organizational capability, is the creativity of organizations and their tendency toward becoming a company and decentralization. The cause of the lack of flexibility in traditional structures has created a movement that has been strongly supported by the role of the employee and the need for their ability to act as the center of gravity of any attempt to eliminate bureaucracy and improve customer service.
According to the above, it can be said that today one of the important issues for organizations is planning to increase productivity or more clearly express the increase in efficiency and effectiveness in organizations, because productivity is always one of the fundamental strategies for guaranteeing the survival and growth of organizations. It goes without saying that in this regard, training and staffing is essential. In this regard, the present paper addresses the impact of free leadership on crisis management, with emphasis on training and staffing.
With regard to the above, it can be said that each organization needs a special leadership style and, undoubtedly, managers also know that their success depends on the human resources available in organizations, and this idea has led them to seek a suitable style in the administration of affairs Organizations; in other words, one of the effective factors in increasing the effectiveness of efficiency and ultimately in the interests of an organization is the leadership style of the managers of that organization and essentially the need for management in all social fields is necessary and necessary. Massive human and material resources, without guidance and leadership, will soon be destroyed.
In fact, the appropriate management style is a facilitating and stimulating factor for employees that directly and indirectly affects their behavior. Applying a particular attitude and a particular management style in the organization, especially in relief organizations, can not guarantee the growth and development of the organization. Studies such as this suggest that the study of leadership styles of managers of organizations helps to increase their knowledge and knowledge about different leadership styles and also improves their ability to intervene and make correct decisions.
The manager is the official representative of the organization to coordinate and increase productivity at the head of the organization. The success of the organization in realizing the goals depends on how the management practices and effective leadership styles of the manager are. In this regard, free management and employee empowerment are the most difficult and most salient type of management in public and governmental organizations.
The results of the regression analysis indicated that the relationships between variables: system thinking, achievement of goals, helping individuals and teams, exemplifying others, liberating, encouraging and supporting, trust-based relationships, and crisis management by training and improving employees. Meaning It is. In other words, freedom is part of the components of free leadership.
